Dr. Telles and her staff genuinely care about their patients. I love that they are not intimidated by my German Shepherd (Maggie) and they're very understanding when my dog gets aggressive out of fear of vaccinations or blood draws. I'm always impressed watching the team hard at work whenever my dog and I are there for a visit.
Staff was very friendly and compassionate to my scared kitty. We were seen very quickly and had a plan of attack to address my concerns within a short amount of time. I was also really impressed to receive a call the next day just to check on how my cat was doing. I felt like they genuinely cared. Will definitely recommend.
We’ve been coming to see Dr. Telles since 2017 and even though it may not be the least expensive, it’s the ONE and only vet our shih Tzu has never been afraid of. She a senior dog and lloves it because she knows she’s going to get tons of attention for being so cute ☺️ . She has Addison’s disease so we’re there every month and it’s like she can tell when we’re pulling into the driveway even though she can’t see much of anything anymore. She will pounce like a puppy trying to get out so she can go inside and say hello to everyone. The staff and tech alike are always so kind and gentle.
