COVID-19 Info

Dear Clients, Due to the evolving situation with novel coronavirus and related disease, our hospital has instituted new protocols and hospital hours to protect not only you and your families, but our staff and families as well.

1).   As before, If you are sick or have been exposed to someone with Covid 19, we ask that you stay home until you have been cleared. 

2).  Our doors will now be unlocked during business hours.  We will still try to control the amount of traffic, but if there happens to be more than one client at a time in our lobby, we ask that you continue to practice social distancing.

3).  Face Mask is optional.

4).  We understand that some of you are at higher risk than others and are not comfortable coming into our hospital.  You can still call us and let us know that you are here, whether to pick up a prescription or drop off/pick up your pet.  You can still pay over the phone.

5).  Our strict cleaning protocols remain the same and each room is thoroughly cleaned in between patients.

*Due to the pandemic and being short staff, we are receiving a higher call volume than usual and wait times may be longer than usual. Please know that we are doing our very best to get back to each and every one of you. Your patience is deeply appreciated. In addition, please allow 48 to 72 hours for medication refills.
